Who is Philip Lynn Pirdy?
Raised by dairy farm families on both sides of his family in Western New York, Phil joined the Army after high school graduation. After being honorably discharged, Phil moved to Ohio to attend The Hobart Institute of Welding Technology and has been a Buckeye ever since. Worked as a welder-pipefitter for his career, owned a small mobile welding business and founded a non-profit to assist people to recover from alcoholism and addiction. Owner of a recovery, event center called The Hope Farm in Pleasant Plain, Ohio where they host Charity events and clean and sober mini festivals. Phil also works full time at the Elite Welding Academy testing welders and training young pipefitters.
